How are credits calculated?

Credit consumption is calculated based on video resolution, frame rate, duration, and processing mode (FAST or QUALITY). Higher resolution, higher frame rate, and longer videos consume more credits. QUALITY mode consumes more. You can preview the estimated credit cost before submitting each task.

You can choose a plan that better fits your usage. The Pro plan provides more credits and concurrent tasks. Each task displays the estimated credit cost before submission, helping you plan your usage.

Will my data be retained after cancellation?

Your processing records and files are retained during the retention period, then automatically cleaned up. Consumed credits are non-refundable; unused credits remain valid until expiry.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! The Free tier provides 200 credits per 30-day cycle, no credit card required. You can try core features including 720p HD processing. Upgrade anytime to unlock 1080p FHD, longer videos, and concurrent processing.

Do unused credits roll over?

Credits do not roll over. Both free and paid plan credits are valid for the current billing period and reset at the end of each cycle. We recommend using your credits within each cycle to maximize value.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription in Account Settings > Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; immediate cancellation is not supported. You retain full access until then, and unused credits remain valid until the end of the period.

Do you offer invoices for my purchases?

Yes. The system does not directly provide invoice download. You can view and download invoices through the Creem Customer Portal, accessible from Account Settings > Subscription. Invoices for all transactions are available in the portal.

What happens to my videos if I downgrade?

Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to your current plan's features until then. After downgrade, new videos are processed according to the new plan's limits, but previously processed videos remain accessible during the retention period.

Can I upgrade from free to paid plan?

Yes. Upgrade anytime in Account Settings > Subscription. Your paid plan starts immediately. Upon upgrade, free credits are reset to zero, and the paid plan's credits become available immediately.

Will my video data be stored?

Original uploads are automatically deleted within 1 day, and processed outputs are retained for 3-14 days depending on your plan before permanent deletion. We never use your videos to train AI models, and all data is automatically cleaned up after the retention period.

Are prices inclusive of taxes?

Prices shown on the pricing page exclude applicable taxes. Depending on your country or region, taxes such as VAT, GST, or sales tax may be added at checkout. The final price including tax is displayed before payment confirmation.
