This CCPA Privacy Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies solely to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). 1. Categories of Information Collected

In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information from California consumers, as defined under the CCPA: (A) Identifiers — such as name and email address; (B) Personal information categories listed in Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e) — such as name (overlaps with Identifiers); (D) Commercial information — transaction records and subscription history; (F) Internet or other electronic network activity information — IP address, browser type, page view records, and feature usage data; (G) Geolocation data — approximate location derived from IP address (not precise geolocation). We retain each category as follows: account identifiers — duration of account plus 30 days after closure; technical and usage data — 90 days after collection; financial transaction records — 7 years per tax and legal requirements. 2. Sources of Information Collection

We collect personal information from the following sources: Information you provide directly (registration forms, customer service communications), Automatically collected usage data (cookies and similar technologies), Data from third-party services (payment processors, analytics tools).

3. Purposes of Use

We use collected information for the following business purposes: Fulfilling transactions and providing services, Maintaining account security, Sending service notifications and marketing communications (with consent), Improving products and services, Complying with legal obligations, Preventing fraud and abuse.

4. Information Sharing / Sale

We do not "sell" or "share" your personal information as defined under the CCPA and CPRA. We may disclose your information to third parties in the following circumstances: Service providers necessary to deliver the Service (Vercel for hosting, AWS for video processing, Creem for payments, Axiom for monitoring), Legal requirements or law enforcement requests, or to protect our rights or safety and that of others. 5. Your CCPA Rights

As a California resident, you have the following rights: Right to Know — learn what information is collected and how it is used; Right to Delete — request deletion of your personal information; Opt-Out Right — opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (although we do not sell or share personal information); Non-Discrimination — no discrimination for exercising your rights; Correction — request correction of inaccurate information. We do not collect, use, or disclose sensitive personal information as defined under the CPRA (including but not limited to precise geolocation, social security numbers, driver's license numbers, account log-in credentials in combination with passwords, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, genetic data, biometric data, health information, or sex life/orientation data).

6. How to Exercise Your Rights

We will respond within 45 calendar days of receiving your request, with notification if an extension is needed. 7. Non-Discrimination Statement

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any rights under the CCPA. We will not: Deny goods or services to you, Charge different prices or rates, Provide a different level or quality of goods or services, Suggest that you might receive a different price or quality of service.
